You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your dress.
Standard return conditions
For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags attached and original packaging. Please take care when trying on your dress.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] within 30 days of receipt with your order number and reason for returning. Obtain return authorization and instructions before sending the item. Our authorized return address is Via Monte Cimone 16, 36056 Tezze sul Brenta, VI, Italy.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue; photos may help us review it. We will arrange an appropriate remedy with you, including a return and refund where applicable. Ordinary change-of-mind conditions do not automatically exclude claims involving damage, defects or an incorrect item.
Return shipping and fees
We cover return shipping when the return results from our error or a damaged or defective item. You are responsible for return shipping for a change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
After the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment account within 10 days. The time your bank or payment provider takes to display the credit may vary. Contact us if you need help checking a refund.
